The project involved the fitout of a 900sqm tenancy to establish a new Australian Embassy in Doha.

 

The scope of the project included due diligence activities to identify a suitable site, design and fitout activities. The design and fitout was constructed to achieve Qatari and Australian building codes and client specific security requirements.

 

The works were conducted under a design and construct contract due to the specific documentation required to achieve local authority approvals.
